*The extended support line is reached by dialing either +45 7011 9100 or +46 8 20 07 10 and press 1. Please note that the extended support is only meant for business critical problems such as cash register breakdown, credit card errors or alike.
DdD support is closed on the following days; Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Holidays, Common Prayer Day, Ascension Day, Whit Sunday, Whit Monday, Constitution Day (DK on the 5th of June), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year´s Eve Day, New Year´s Day. For extended opening hours in Christmas please call the DdD support.
