In DdD backoffice, a wide range of prints and statistics have been created by default, but an easy to use report generator is also available enabling the store manager to make his or her own reports. The most frequently used reports can be set up for automatic transfer to a computer or you can receive key figures as a text message using DdD sms-service

Examples of reports could be key figures such as turnover and contribution margin – in total or for the individual article – inventory statistics, i.e. which articles are easy to sell and which are not? If you want to combine your key figures with e.g. a customer counter, you will be able to assess sales efficiency and sales potential in the individual store or in a chain of stores.

EDI transfer

In a hectic environment it is important that as many functions as possible are automated. DdD backoffice enables you to import and export data. You create products by importing data (EDI) and financial data is easily exported to your own ERP system.
