Costumer counting

The costumer counting is connected with information from the cash register that gives the owner of the store information about the costumer flow and evaluates the store’s costs with for example marketing and staff compared with the turn-over.

The following can be analyzed:

• Estimation of the effective of sales, sales frequency and sales potential
• Planning of staff
• Evaluation and optimization of marketing
• Estimation of opening hours

In praxis the sensor is placed by every entrance way that is used by costumers, to register the costumer flow. A small box collects the data and sends this through the internet to the Back office system. The system makes the statistics just like all the other statistics.

Costumer club

With a costumer club it is possible to built loyalty with the costumers. This is important because of the many offers given to costumers today.

Also the establishment of a costumer club gives the owner of the store valued information about the costumer. On the basis of this it is possible to do analysis about the target group, buying pattern and so on.

Furthermore it is possible to make the costumer coming back by offering specials offers, discounts, costumer club events and pre-release of new collections through the costumer club.
