DdD retail A/S buys German competior and is now among Europe’s largest suppliers of retail IT-sol

DdD retail has more than 20 years of experience in developing of cash registers and stock control primarily in the fashion retail business. From 1st of april DdD has bought the German competitor NTS Systemhaus GMBH that also specializes in delivering IT-solutions for retail business all over Europe. With the buying of the German company DdD retail is now with more than 1600 customers and 2500 installations in more than 10 countries, among Europe’s largest suppliers of IT-solutions. Besides offices in Denmark DdD retail now also has offices in Germany, Sweden, Norway and the international ambitions do not stop here according to CEO Peder Falck:

”With the buying of NTS Systemhaus, which is now our daughter company, we take over highly qualified employees with special knowledge within our area. This means that DdD retail is now cable of delivering a wider product selection based on a better technology platform and we are therefore more prepared to expand international. “

Since 1989 the Company has delivered IT-solutions to retail customers all over Europe and still in rapid growth. Since 2003 the turnover has gone up with 26 percentage per year. By buying NTS Systemhaus DdD retail has 40 employees in 4 different countries.
